Please note that regisration of the aircraft is subject to change without notice for the same type and quality of aircraft.

Rent Jets shall not be held responsible for delay or cancellation of any flight at any time prior to flight for any reason outside the normal control of Rent Jets (this includes unforseen technical failure, Air Traffic Control delays, slot, handling or airport restrictions and/or weather restrictions).  Our guarantee is that in the event of:

- Delay under 4 hours, we will make our best endeavours to reduce the delay where possible and to continue with the flight. If the client cancels the booking, the standard cancellation clauses from the operator will apply,  

 - Delay over 6 hours.  The client may cancel the flight and shall be entitled to a full refund equivalent to that allowable undr the operator terms and conditions.

- Cancellation by the operator for any reason outside our control. Rent Jets will make best endeavours to find a replacement aircraft within the same cost and terms paid by the client. Any additional cost shall be covered by the client prior to flight.

- Cancellation by Rent Jets for any other reason. Rent Jets will make best endeavours to find a replacement flight at it’s cost on an equivalent class and standard of aircraft and with the equivalent positioning costs and distances.  Any additional costs of such sub charter shall be for the account of the client. 

Rent Jets shall not be liable for any loss, costs or damages for any cancellation or delay of any kind and clients are reminded that they must carry adequate travel insurance cover in order to comply with our terms of business..   

Releases and Indemnity.
We are not involved in the provision of the Aircraft Charter other than to act as your agent. Accordingly, if you have a dispute with an operator or supplier, you release Rent Jets.com (and our shareholders, managers, officers, employees, representatives and agents) from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. You further agree to indemnify and Rent Jets.com (and our agents, employees, officers and directors) in any actions arising out of, or in any way connected with such charter dispute or operator disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favour at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright and publicity rights (but no other rights) you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. You further agree to enable Rent Jets.com to use Your Information on the Web Site. Rent Jets.com will use Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Rent Jets.com acts as an agent and will not sell services or provide flights to persons under the age of 18 unless they are solely a passenger and not the primary booking party, who can purchase with a credit card.
